Grilled Octopus with Pineapple Beer

1. Fry the hairtail until golden on both sides.

2. Prepare ginger onion, chili and pineapple beer.

3. Add ginger spring onion and dried chili and stir fry.

4. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt.

5. Put a can of pineapple beer.

6. Bring to a high heat and turn to low heat until the octopus is delicious and juicy.

7. Plate.
