Grilled Octopus with Winter Vegetables

Frozen hairtail, thaw at room temperature.

Clear the fish intestines and black film, wash and cut into small sections, add cooking wine, refined salt, white pepper, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Various ingredients are prepared. Mince ginger, garlic, and green onions.

Pick up the marinated octopus, remove the ginger, and fry until two yellow brown.

In another pot, add cooking oil, add ginger and minced garlic and stir fry.

After the aroma comes out, serve the winter vegetables.

Add water and red sour soup after sautéing.

After boiling over high heat, the octopus which has been fried before being served.

After cooking for about 8 minutes, add concentrated chicken sauce to taste.

Collect the sauce over high heat, sprinkle the chopped green onions and serve.
Tips:
1: Winter vegetables, red and sour soup has a salty taste, and salt is added when it is marinated. Therefore, there is no need to add salt when simmering in the later stage.
2: When frying fish, fry them slowly, not impatient.
3: If there is no red and sour soup, you can change it with bean paste and add some vinegar.
