Grilled Oysters with Garlic

Wash the oysters and use a brush to clean the shell and sides of the oysters

Then use a knife to frustrate it in, twist it hard to pry open the shell

Put the open oysters on ice cubes to keep them fresh

Cut the garlic into minced garlic, stir-fry in the pan until the aroma is fragrant, add the garlic chili sauce, add some water and boil to make a paste

Spoon the garlic sauce into the oyster shell with a small spoon, then put it in the oven
Tips:
1. The oysters are best eaten fresh, and the ones caught that day are best eaten the same day; otherwise, they should be stored in the freezer;
2. It takes strength to pry open oysters, a knife or screwdriver is best;
3. Don't dig out all the oysters after prying open, just put the whole oyster under the water and rinse it for a few times and then put it on ice to keep it fresh;
4. If you want to eat raw oysters, you can squeeze some lemon juice to taste better.
