Grilled Oysters with Garlic
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
After the oyster shell is separated, the oyster meat is marinated for a while with pepper, salt, and a few drops of lemon juice. (Purchase fresh oysters at the market, you can ask the market people to help pry open the oyster shells)
3.
Cut garlic into puree and mince pepper.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and chili until fragrant, add a little salt to enhance the flavor.
5.
Put the marinated oyster meat into the washed oyster shell, and spread the prepared garlic on the top of the oyster meat. Place it in the dish and use tin foil to pad it to prevent the juice from flowing out.
6.
Put it in the middle of the oven and heat up and down at 200° for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. You must buy large oysters, and don’t roast them too long.
2. If the home oven does not separate the upper and lower fires, you can cover the oysters with a piece of tin foil to avoid burning.
