Grilled Oysters with Garlic

Use a brush to clean the oyster shell, then pry the oyster away

Take out the oyster meat, put it in a small bowl, add cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to marinate

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic, put it in a frying pan, stir-fry on low heat until slightly golden
