Flounder is a collective term for many kinds of flat ovoid fishes, such as common flounder and flounder. The plaice I used is frozen fish cubes bought in the supermarket, and the price is not expensive. I bought a piece out of curiosity. After firing, the taste is really good, delicious and meaty.

Grilled Plaice Cubes with Garlic

1. Ingredients: plaice cubes

3. Marinate with cooking wine, vinegar, salt, green onion and ginger for 20 minutes.
