Grilled Pomelo Peel with Mushroom Pork Slices

Cut off the yellow part of the outer skin of grapefruit peel, keep the white part, and then cut into proper size dices

Boil water in the pot. After the water is boiled, boil the diced grapefruit in the pot for about 3-5 minutes.

Let cool, squeeze the water, and then soak in clean water overnight, and use it the next day;

Before using the next day, squeeze the water and run it several times with clean water to remove the bitterness of the grapefruit peel;

Cut the ginger, garlic, and lean meat into slices for later use;

Soak the mushrooms in water in advance to boil, then drain and cut into shreds. The water for soaking the mushrooms can be reserved for future use;

Tips:
1. The grapefruit peel must be soaked in more water, squeeze dry and then soak, more than a few times in clear water, otherwise it will have a bitter taste;
2. The grapefruit peel should not be boiled for too long, it is easy to rot and not form;
