Grilled Pomfret with Sauce

The pomfret is gutted, washed, and cut with a knife.

Wash the colored peppers and onions.

Clean the green onion and ginger.

Prepare bean paste and sweet noodle paste.

Put the fish in a basin, add shredded green onion and ginger, pepper powder, light soy sauce, bean paste, sweet noodle sauce, marinate for 30 minutes, and turn it a few times in the middle.

Shred the green onion and ginger, and cut the colored pepper and spring onion into circles.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius, and place the sliced colored peppers and spring onions under the baking tray. Put a small amount of cooking oil on the marinated fish.

Pour the remaining marinade juice on the fish, put the fish in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. The time is determined by the size of the fish. To avoid excessive color or batter, it is best to put a piece of tin foil on top of the fish.
