Grilled Pork Belly with Onions

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Put barbecue ingredients on the cut pork belly (the barbecue ingredients are readily available in the supermarket).

Mix the pork belly and barbecue ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into onion rings and set aside.
5.
Place the pork belly that has been marinated for 20 minutes on the baking tray and put it in the preheated oven to start baking.

Bake to the 13th minute, and add the onions in the remaining two minutes to bake.

Bake in 15 minutes, then cut the green peppers on the plate.
Tips:
1. Onions can be eaten raw, so you don't need to bake them for too long.
2. The pork belly is sliced into thin slices and placed evenly on the plate. Bake at 200 degrees for 13 minutes and it will be cooked.
3. I also have green pepper rings and lettuce for garnish. The green pepper rings can be wrapped in roasted meat and eaten with lettuce. The taste is fresher.
