Grilled Prawns

Remove the prawn head and set aside

Put a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the baking tray, cut the shrimp body with a knife, remove the shrimp line, wash and drain the water, spread the baking tray and set aside

Chop the coriander leaves, mince garlic, add some salt and olive oil and mix well

Spread all the ingredients evenly into the shrimp body, then evenly pour a little white wine, preheat the oven, bake the upper and lower tubes at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and then top the tubes at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Tips:
The coriander must go to the path and leave only the leaves
