Grilled Rainbow Trout

Ingredients: Rainbow Trout

Clean up the rainbow trout and cut a knife.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Heat oil, sauté the chives, ginger, garlic.

Add rainbow trout.

When the fire is strong, cook the cooking wine and vinegar successively.

After a little evaporation, add light soy sauce.

Add water.

Season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes.

Turn it over and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat after turning off the heat to reduce the juice.

Tips:
1. The rainbow trout I bought was chilled, so I used heavy seasoning.
2. Be careful when turning the whole fish. It is best to keep the fish intact. The fish fillet I made was broken when it was turned over and it didn't look good.
