Grilled Ribs with Herbs

Prepare the ribs.

Celery, dill, basil, green onions.

Marinate the ribs with white pepper noodles, a little salt, and cooking wine overnight.

Chop the ingredients, pour in three to four tablespoons of vegetable oil or raw oil, and mix well.

Spread half of the ingredients on top of the ribs, support the ribs with a wire rack, place them on the baking tray, put them in the oven, and bake them at 450F for 25 minutes.

Take out the baking tray, turn the ribs over the other side; spread the remaining ingredients evenly on top, continue to bake 450F, after about 20 minutes, remove part of the ingredients on the surface, use the Broil function to medium temperature, and bake the surface for about 6-10 minutes.

Open the box light, the surface can be taken out if it is half burnt.
