Grilled Rice Eel with Garlic

1. Put the bought eel in a bucket and raise it for a long time

2. Kill the eel, wash it, slash it on the back, and cut it into sections

3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger, dried chili and stir fry over low heat to create a fragrance

4. Add the prepared rice eel and stir fry

5. Add 5 scoops of cooking wine

6. Add light soy sauce, remove and stir evenly

7. Add water, sugar, cover and cook for 10 minutes

8. Prepare the garlic

9. Add garlic and cook for another 5 minutes

10. Add green pepper and stir-fry until broken
