Grilled Saury
1.
Rinse the saury under running water and cut the middle of the gills with scissors
2.
Cut off the fish intestines at the lower part of the fish body, pull it out with your hands, take out the fish intestines, and rinse them out, so that you can keep the fish maw intact.
3.
Pour all the ingredients in the ingredients except the oil into a small bowl and stir evenly. Add a little more salt, which is more than the amount of stewed three fish
4.
Pour the sauce into the belly of the fish along the gills, pour the remaining sauce into the fish bowl, so that the two sides of each fish are covered with the sauce, and marinate for about 20 minutes
5.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put tin foil on the baking tray, put the saury on the grill, brush both sides of the fish with a layer of oil before putting it
6.
Place the grill on the grill and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. When you take it out, slowly remove it from the grill, and start loading.
Tips:
The texture of the fish is caused by the grill. It will produce oil during the roasting process. It is very fragrant when you eat it. It can be used with a little lemon to relieve greasiness. I didn't buy lemon, so I ate it like this, with light radish shredded shrimp skin soup. I'm tired of the solution.
