Grilled Saury with Ginger

Prepare the required materials

Wash the saury to remove its internal organs and rinse well

Cut the fish three times diagonally to make the fish taste better

Put the cooking wine, barbecue sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce into a small bowl, then squeeze a little lemon juice and mix thoroughly

Tips:
If you don’t eat the saury right away after you buy it, you should wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator, and cook as soon as possible within 1-2 days. If you put it in the freezer, it can be stored for 3 months or longer. The taste and texture will not be so good.
