Grilled Saury with Ginger

Prepare the required materials.

Wash the saury to remove its internal organs and rinse.

Make three diagonal cuts on the fish. (Make the fish taste better)

Put the cooking wine, barbecue sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce into a small bowl, then squeeze a little lemon juice and mix thoroughly.

Then brush the barbecue sauce on the saury.

Brush both sides evenly with barbecue sauce and marinate for half an hour.

Cut the ginger into shreds, and then sprinkle the ginger on the belly and body of the fish.

Preheat the electric grill for 3 minutes, and brush a layer of oil on the grill pan.

Then put the saury on the baking tray and bake it until it is golden on one side and then on the other side until golden on both sides. (

Wash the green lemon with salt, cut into slices, and fry in the baking tray.

Bake until one side is slightly yellowed and colored, and then bake the other side.

Place the roasted lemons on the plate.
13.
Put the grilled saury on top of lemon and sprinkle with chopped green onion rolls.
