Grilled Saury with Lemon

Prepare the ingredients

The internal organs and gills of the saury are removed, and the water is drained after washing.

Sprinkle salt on the saury

Squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice on the saury, spread evenly on both sides of the fish, and marinate for about 30 minutes

The marinated saury is washed with water to clean the surface of the fish (because there will be blood stains after marinating)

Use a knife to make a few strokes on the fish

Put a layer of tin foil on the baking tray

And brush a layer of vegetable oil on the tin foil

Arrange the marinated and processed saury on the grill pan

Brush the fish with a layer of vegetable oil

Preheat the oven at 230 degrees for 10 minutes, put the baking tray into the middle layer of the Midea oven, and bake at 230 degrees for about 15 minutes (it's best to turn over once in the middle)

After baking, take it out and drip with a small amount of lemon juice.
Tips:
1. The internal organs and gills of saury must be cleaned~;
2. When grilling saury, put a layer of tin foil on the baking tray and brush it with oil to prevent staining and make it easier to clean;
3. The roasting time needs to be adjusted according to your own oven, as long as the saury is grilled until the skin of the saury is golden and slightly charred.
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
