Grilled Saury with Seasonal Vegetables and Salt

The saury is frozen, defrost it first

Do not cut the belly of the fish. Use scissors to cut off the lower part of the fish. Use chopsticks to pull out the fish intestines from the gills to keep the fish from breaking.

Cut an oblique knife on both sides of the fish and put it on a long plate;

Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper;

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish, spread it evenly with your hands, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Prepare vegetables, peel potatoes, wash carrots and green peppers;

Slice potatoes and carrots, shred green peppers;

Change the fish to the baking tray, put it into the preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake it for about 8 minutes;

Take out the baking tray and apply a proper amount of oil on the fish, odorless oil is fine;

The fish is turned around, and then oiled;

Put vegetables on top, sprinkle a little salt and freshly ground black pepper;

Put it in the oven again, 200 degrees, middle level, 10-15 minutes;

When the time comes, take it out and sprinkle some lemon juice on it.
Tips:
Vegetables can be adjusted by themselves, but it is not recommended to use vegetables with a lot of juice. The saury itself produces oil, so the amount of oil is very small and only used for noodles.
