The main ingredient in saury is protein, and its protein content is the first among all fish. 1. All the ingredients are ready

2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and cut in half

3. First wipe the bottom of the pot with a piece of ginger to prevent the fish skin from sticking

4. Pour oil and heat

8. Fish out for spare

9. Heat in a frying pan, fry fragrant ginger and minced garlic

10. Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry a few times

11. Pour the tempeh in and stir well

12. Pour soy sauce

13. Pour in a little water and stir a little

14. Put the fried saury in the pot

15. Boil until the juice is collected

Tips:

1. When dealing with saury, remove the gills first, and stretch your hand in, then the internal organs can be pulled out together. The fish processed in this way is very complete and very beautiful.
2. Tips for frying fish without breaking the skin: rub the bottom of the pan with ginger slices and then fry the fish, the fish skin will not break at all, it is very beautiful.
