Grilled Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

Prepare the ingredients for fried pizza sauce. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Mince the onion and garlic.

Prepare the ingredients for the pizza filling.

Heat the pan, add the butter until it melts.

200 grams of high flour, 3 grams of yeast (5 grams of sugar and 90 grams of warm water should be added when making the noodles).

Mix the high powder with yeast, sugar, and warm water, and stir it into a flocculent shape.

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place.

Make pizza sauce while the dough is fermenting. Heat the pan, add the butter until it melts.
