Dad’s birthday, let’s not eat cakes and bake a big pizza with enough ingredients to change the taste~ Hey, there is too much cheese, but it’s really awesome~ PS: The baking pan is not round. Usually, my oven bake cakes with 6-inch rounds. Shaped mold, so the ratio of the square baking pan should be slightly larger than 6 inches. You can refer to the increase or decrease of the proportion of materials. "

10. Pour in tomato sauce and garlic onion and stir well.

11. Add a little salt and sugar to enhance the flavor.

12. Pour out the fried pizza sauce and set aside.

13. Tricholoma slices, half green pepper shredded, onion shredded, 3 grilled sausage slices.

14. Take out the fermented dough, ferment the dough to about twice the previous volume, and ferment for about 50 minutes.

15. Knead it into a dough and roll it into a dough

16. Put the dough into the baking tray, and use a rolling pin to remove the excess dough along the edge.

17. Knead the excess dough again to form a dough, roll it into a dough, roll the 3 sausages along the edge of the dough to the center, and wrap the dough with the sausage.

18. The sausage is rolled about 2 layers of bread, and the excess bread is cut off. The remaining dough can also be baked into small pizzas, which are quite fluffy.

19. Cut the rolled sausage into sections.

20. Dip the sausage sections in water and put them in the baking pan to make it stickier.

21. Use a fork to pierce small holes in the dough to prevent the dough from bulging during baking.

22. Brush with pizza sauce

23. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then put the dough into the middle layer of the oven and bake for 7 minutes.

24. Take out the baked biscuit and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese

25. Laying sausage slices

26. Put the mushroom slices in the microwave for 1 minute to remove moisture to prevent excessive moisture in the pizza.

27. Spread the beaten mushrooms

28. Spread onion shreds and green pepper shreds

29. Put the pizza in the oven and heat the middle layer up and down for 12 minutes.

30. After roasting, remove the tomato sauce to increase the flavor.

31. Sprinkle the cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes (the middle layer melts the cheese in the first 7 minutes, and the upper layer is colored in the next 3 minutes)

32. It’s ready to be baked~ There are so many cheeses, and the fillings are no longer visible, but for the kids who love cheese, not much, not much...The fillings are rich and abundant, and the taste is amazing~

Tips:

After slicing the mushrooms, place them in the microwave for 1 minute to remove moisture, otherwise the pizza will have too much moisture during baking.
