Grilled Scallops with Garlic

Take the scallops out with a blade, remove the black sandbags and wash them. Use a brush to clean the inside and outside of the scallop shells for later use. Soak the vermicelli in hot water to soften

Chop the green and red pepper into minced pieces, mix the minced garlic into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce and olive oil and mix well.

Place the processed scallops in a baking tray lined with tin foil, and drain the vermicelli soaked in hot water, and place them around the scallop meat in a circle

Sprinkle the mixed juice evenly on the scallop meat and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice

Cover the seasoned scallops with a layer of tin foil, put them in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 5-8 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
