Grilled Shrimp with Black Pepper

Shrimp is cleaned.

Use scissors to cut along the back to the tail.

Pick out the black lines on the back and abdomen.

Prepare black pepper, ginger, and green onions.

Prepare oyster sauce and sweet noodle sauce.

Sprinkle black pepper, shredded ginger and chopped green onions, add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in oyster sauce and sweet noodle sauce, pour it on the shrimp, marinate for 20 minutes, and fully taste.

Skewer with a wooden stick.

Put tin foil on it and put it in the oven. The upper and lower fire (barbecue file) is 170 degrees, and it can be baked for 20 minutes. The temperature can be adjusted according to the different ovens.
