Grilled Shrimp with Black Pepper

Cut off the long beards of the large sea prawns, pick out the shrimp threads, and rinse them with running water.

Cut green onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces, prepare black pepper, oyster sauce, and Shao wine.

Put the sea prawns in a large bowl, add green onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper and Shao wine.

After mixing well, pour in olive oil.

Mix thoroughly and marinate for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, put the sea prawns on the baking tray, and pour the marinated sauce on the top.

Put it in a preheated oven, middle level, 200 degrees, upper and lower fire, whirlwind mode, bake for 20 minutes.

The last 5 minutes can be taken out and brushed with a layer of olive oil.

The roasting pan I use is small, just flip the shrimp on, put it in the oven, and continue to finish the roasting process.
Tips:
I use a non-stick baking pan, and the ordinary baking pan should be covered with tin foil.
The saltiness of oyster sauce is enough, so no salt is added. For heavy mouthfuls, you can add salt as appropriate.
The oven temperature is set according to the performance of your own oven.
