Grilled Shrimp with Garlic

Prepare ingredients.

Open the back of the sea prawns to the prawn line.
3.
Chop garlic and red and green peppers into finely minced pieces.

Use oyster sauce, cooking wine, edible and prepare.

Put the shrimp back up in the fryer, and stuff the garlic paste into the back of the shrimp.

Put the frying basket into the fryer.

Start the fryer, 200 degrees, 12 minutes.

In about eight or nine minutes, you can open the frying basket and observe. When the shrimps are all discolored, the shrimps will be cooked. If you like the tender texture, you can take it out. If you like the shrimp shells to be crisper, you can cook them for two more minutes.

Remove the shrimp, decorate the surface with coriander, and serve.
Tips:
1 When cooking, you should decide the time according to your own taste and the size of the shrimp. During the cooking process, we can pull out the frying basket and observe that the shrimp will become cooked when it changes color.
2 Seasoning can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
