Grilled Shrimp with Garlic Casserole

Wash the fresh prawns, open the back to remove the shrimp thread, and cut in half from the back as shown in the figure. Sprinkle some cooking wine on it to remove the fishy and set aside.

Mince the green onion and pepper, peel the garlic and pound it into puree.

Take two pieces of tin foil that fit the size of the casserole, and put one into the casserole as shown in the figure. Put on a grill of the right size.

Then spread a layer of tin foil as shown in the figure.

Arrange the shrimps evenly.

Place the garlic on the open back of each shrimp evenly. Pour the steamed fish soy sauce evenly on the surface.

Cover the lid and bake on high heat for about 15 minutes until you smell the thick garlic.

Serve it on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, chili, and eat deliciously.

Tips:
1. For casserole grilling, you must choose a casserole, a casserole that can be burnt dry, and ensure that the casserole is pure and dry. The best way is to use a special pot.
2. If you have conditions, you can use bamboo skewers to make the grilled shrimp look more beautiful.
3. The seasoning can be changed as you like. The steamed fish soy sauce contains oil, so you don’t need to add extra oil.
