Grilled Shrimp with Mint

Wash the fresh shrimp and remove the shrimp thread.

Add teriyaki barbecue sauce and peanut oil.

Mix the prawns with the sauce and marinate for a few hours.

After the prawns are marinated, they are skewered with bamboo skewers.

Preheat the skewered prawns on the grilling net for 8 minutes by heating the oven on the top and bottom of the oven with circulating air for 5 minutes.

When the time is up, brush the top of the shrimp again with peanut oil, turn it over and brush the other side.

After the shrimp is turned over, put fresh mint on top. Bake at 180 degrees for another 7 minutes.
