Grilled Snakehead Fish with Garlic

One black fish is cleaned

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic

Cut green and red peppers

Black fish cut into inch pieces

Marinate the black fish segments with salt and cooking wine for half an hour

Dry the marinated black fish with kitchen paper towels

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok and add the black fish cubes
