Grilled Squid

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, remove the squid head, and put it in the oven

After about three minutes, I saw the squid rolled up and the fish was slightly yellowish, indicating that it was ready to be grilled.

The grilled squid is taken out and the skin (purple part) and squid bones are peeled off while it is hot (these in the picture are not required)

Tear it into silk by hand while it is hot, it will be harder to tear it when it is cold

This is lemon dipping sauce. The sauce is squeezed into lemon juice. If you like spicy and chili sauce, you can replace it with your favorite dipping sauce.
