Grilled Squid with Fish

Remove the belly and head of the octopus, wash and cut into sections, remove impurities from the squid, wash, and cut into thick strips.

Bring the water to the boil, put the squid and blanch it until it is curled, remove it.

Heat the oil in the pot, put down the ginger, garlic, and chili until fragrant.

Put down the hairtail.

Add cooking wine, vinegar, and some water.

Sweetened, soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of chili paste and cook for 8 minutes on high heat.

Add some salt and cook for 1 minute, sprinkle some green onions.
Tips:
