Grilled Steak Sandwich

1. Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt, crushed black pepper, and fresh basil leaves and marinate for 1 hour

2. Cut the small meal buns into the oven and heat at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until the surface is golden and crispy.

3. Cut the red bell pepper in half, cut the nectarine into pieces and set aside

4. Steak meat and red sweet peppers are grilled on each side of the grill for about 3~4 minutes

5. Take the roasted sweet red pepper and chop it up and mix it with low-fat sour cream and spread it evenly on the surface of the bread

6. Slice the steak meat and spread it on the bread with mixed vegetables, and set it on a plate with nectarines.
