My husband told me that he had bought a steak. I thought he bought a cut piece of beef, a piece of the same size as the one he had eaten in a western restaurant. But when I returned home and opened it, it turned out to be a piece of beef. A real steak on the bone. Then, the husband said he wanted to eat grilled steak, so well, do it!

Grilled Steak with Black Pepper

1. Wash the steak and put it in a basin, add black pepper juice and some salt

2. Spread evenly on the surface of the steak, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 12 hours

3. Take out the marinated steak, cut into strips according to the direction of the ribs, and steam on the pot

4. Steam for about 45 minutes, turn off the heat and take out the steak

5. Place the steak on a baking sheet lined with tin foil

6. Spread a layer of remaining black pepper juice on the surface

7. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 170 degrees, 25 minutes

8. Take out and turn it over, spread a layer of honey, and then put it in the oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes

9. Take it out for the second time, turn it over and apply honey

10. Put it into the oven again and it will be out after 10 minutes

Tips:

1. The steak should be steamed for a longer time, otherwise it will not be easy to bite after being grilled;
2. When spreading sauce and honey on the surface of the steak, just spread it on the top surface. The other side can be grilled for a while and then turned over and wiped; otherwise, it will easily stick to the tin foil after roasting;
3. The broth that separates when steaming steak can be added when cooking, which is very flavorful.
