Grilled Tiger Skin Tofu

Marinated tofu is a piece of old tofu, a handful of choy sum (cole can also be used), wash and set aside

Tofu cut into wide strips

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan to heat up, and the tofu will be fried in the pan

Deep fried until it has a crispy skin and golden brown (I used peanuts for deep-fried stuff which is very colorful)

Fry them all and remove them for later use (don’t over-fry them, they should be tender on the outside and tender on the inside)

Chopped green onion and ginger

Right amount of water starch

After frying the tofu, leave a little oil in the bottom of the pan, put the vegetable heart in it, add a little salt, boil it with hot oil, and place it on the side of the plate.

If there is more oil in the pot, you don’t need to add more oil. Add the green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, white pepper

Put the deep-fried tofu into the pot and hang the soup, pour in water starch

If you put less soy sauce, add in the right amount of salt and stir well. You can pour a few drops of sesame oil before serving.

Just put the cooked tofu in the middle of the choy sum
