Grilled Tofu

Put a little salt in an appropriate amount of water, and after boiling, put the soybean curd in and soak for 30 minutes to remove the beany smell.

To adjust the sauce, put the tomato sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, barbecue ingredients, and cooking oil in a bowl and mix well.

Take out the soaked soybean curd and cut into large pieces.

Use kitchen paper to absorb excess water on the surface.

Brush the prepared sauce evenly on the surface of the tofu, brushing on all sides, so that it can be better flavored.

Preheat the oven, heat up and down, the middle level is 200 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.

Take out the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions before eating.
Tips:
1. Tofu should use the kind of soybean curd, which is what we usually call northern tofu, and the tofu should not be cut too thick, too thick to taste.
2. If the baking tray is not sticky, it is best to cover it with tin foil, otherwise the tofu will stick to the baking tray.
3. You can add more sauce and pour it into the baking tray to make the tofu taste better.
