Grilled Tofu with Black Fish Fillet

Wash the purchased tidal black fish, cut into fillets, and drain the water for later use.

Chop coriander; slice garlic, ginger, and star anise, cinnamon, and chili in a bowl.

Add one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of dark soy sauce, three spoons of light soy sauce to the ginger-garlic bowl, one spoon of cooking wine, 1/4 spoon of sugar, and half a bowl of water to mix well.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Fish fillets are soaked with starch on both sides. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan, add fish fillets, and fry on both sides until slightly yellow. Add the sauce to a boil over high heat.

Add tofu, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the coriander to high heat to collect the juice, and it's ready.
