Sweet and Sour Sweet Tomato Tide White Black Fish
1.
Wash the black fish bought from the gluttonous cat, clean, and cut into fish fillets. After washing and draining, use 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a small amount of salt to marinate for 15 minutes.
2.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, and chop the ginger and spring onions.
3.
Heat the oil pan, sauté the ginger and green onions, then stir-fry the tomatoes until they become soft and sandy. Add 2 small bowls of water, cook until the soup is thick and add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Season with salt to taste.
4.
Use chopsticks to pick up the fish fillets and put them into the pot (prevent the juice of the kippers from being poured together). Use chopsticks to scatter and cook until all the fish is discolored.
Tips:
Those who like to eat sweet can change the ketchup to tomato sauce, or add sugar in moderation.
