Grilled Wings with Sauce

Wash the chicken wings and pierce them with a fork to make them more delicious when marinated

Add appropriate amount of barbecue sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, a little salt, and mix well, put it on a plate with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight

Set the oven to 190 degrees, and heat up and down for 35 minutes, and preheat for five minutes. Spread tin foil on the baking tray, place the chicken wings flat on the grill, and brush with a layer of marinated juice. Don’t finish brushing, save some for later use.

After preheating, place the baking tray on the bottom and the grill on the middle. Bake until there are 15 minutes left, turn on the oven and brush the chicken wings with the remaining sauce, then brush with a layer of honey, sprinkle a little cumin powder, and bake until the heat is off.
