Grilled Winter Melon with Shiitake Mushrooms

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance, wash off the mud and sand, and then cut them into strips.

Peel the wax gourd and cut into 1 cm thick strips after washing. Shred the ginger and set aside.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil to heat, add ginger and stir fragrant, add shiitake mushrooms to stir fragrant.

Pour into a bowl of water and boil.

Add Shi Yunsheng concentrated stock.

Put the wax gourd sticks in to a boil, and simmer the wax gourd over a medium-low fire.

Add the light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

After thickening the starch with a little water, it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
Shi Yunsheng's concentrated stock contains heavy salt, so no salt is needed in this dish.
