Grilled Yuba with Tea Tree Mushroom

Dried tea tree mushrooms and yuba

Soak tea tree mushrooms in warm water

Soak the yuba pinch section with cold water

Remove the stems of the soaked tea tree mushrooms, wash and cut into sections

Drain the soaked yuba and set aside

One red pepper shredded, ginger shredded, garlic sliced

Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, shacha sauce preparation
