Guilin Camellia
1.
The tea leaves are soaked and then drained.
2.
Wash ginger and garlic for later use.
3.
Put the tea leaves in an oil-free and water-free wok, and fry the tea leaves to dry a little bit more moisture on a low fire.
4.
Add ginger, garlic, and some vegetable oil, and beat slowly with a wooden hammer. (The amount of oil is about the amount of a bowl of vegetables usually fried). Remember to keep the heat on low.
5.
Hammer until the ginger and garlic become minced, as shown in the picture.
6.
Add the boiled water in advance, which is about 3-4 bowls of water (because I am two adults, I can add one or two bowls of water if I drink more).
7.
Boil it on high heat for a minute or two.
8.
Use a strainer to pass the soup into a large bowl.
9.
This is the camellia after laying.
10.
Add fried rice cakes, chopped green onions, salt to a small bowl, and then add the burned camellia to drink.
11.
Let's start drinking.
12.
It tastes energizing when paired with homemade baba or other snacks.
13.
I forgot to pass the picture of the fried fruit above. This is crispy and crispy. It is sold in dry goods stores in the vegetable market. You can also add peanuts and other favorites, as long as they are crispy.
