Ingredients

Gumbo and Enoki Mushroom

1. Prepare enoki mushrooms and washed okra.

2. Boil half a pot of water in a pot, and blanch the enoki mushrooms and okra for about half a minute.

3. Pick up the enoki mushrooms and put them on the bottom of the plate, cut the okra into small sections, and shred the ham.

4. Place them on a plate one by one, add garlic, chopped green onion and chopped pepper.

5. Add a spoonful of cold boiled water to fresh shellfish, oyster sauce, vinegar and other seasonings, mix well, and pour it into the plate.

6. A refreshing and delicious summer meal.

Tips:

Boil the okra and enoki mushrooms separately. Cook the okra for about 20 seconds. The enoki mushrooms can be picked up when they are soft.
