Guru Noodles

Put an appropriate amount of oil and salt in the pan, and fry the eggs on both sides. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.

When boiling the water, cut the tomatoes into cubes (you may not find the noodles after slicing and cooking~) shred the cucumber, cut the chives into small sections, and cut the cabbage into vertical strips and then cut into two horizontal sections.

Put the tomatoes in the soup and cook, divide the fried eggs into several pieces with a spatula, and add the noodles after the soup has thickened.

After the noodles are scattered and boiled, they are put into the cabbage gang, and the cabbage leaves and other noodles are slightly blanched before being cooked.

Put the noodles into a bowl and add shredded cucumber, chopped green onion and fried sauce, mix well and you’re done.
