Hainan Special Pickled Green Mango

Put an appropriate amount of brown sugar, preferably the kind that is weighed in bulk,

Chili salt is a mixture of chili powder and fine salt. Hainan people really love it

Hot peppers are best put in Hainan’s specialty yellow lantern chili sauce. If you are afraid of being too spicy, put Hainan's red chili sauce.

It's best to add some garlic sauce. Can eat

Sweet, sour, salty and spicy! It can be eaten with dipping sauce, or mixed with sliced mango, which is very tasty!
Tips:
Don't add water to it, the mangoes will spew out on their own when pickled.
