Hairy Cherry Popsicles

Put a little salt in the water, and soak the cherries for about 20 minutes to remove impurities.

Rinse it with clean water repeatedly and drain the water for later use.

Put rock sugar in the pot and cook until the rock sugar is completely melted.

Pour in the cherries and cook until they boil again. Turn to medium heat and cover with the lid and cook for a while. Boil the cherries until soft and simmer.

Crush the cherries with a spoon to remove the pits.

Then put it in an ice tray and popsicle mold, put it in the refrigerator and freeze until it solidifies.
