Ham and Cheese Bread Pudding
1. Cut the pine mushrooms and set aside, peel the spinach leaves
2. Place the bread in the order of cheese>matsutake> spinach> ham
3. Repeat 2 again, then cut in half
4. Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper to make egg water
5. Spread melted butter in an oven bowl, put in the bread, pour in the eggs and milk, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
