Dice the ham sausage, you can also use carrots and beautiful vegetables instead

Beat eggs and add diced ham
4.
Rub a little oil in the pot and pour the egg mixture

Folding up ~ rolled into a long strip shape

Roll a quiche and place it on a cutting board and cut into large pieces
7.
Can be eaten with tomato sauce
