Ham and Vegetable Pizza

1. After the yeast is evenly stirred with warm water, put in the eggs, and put sugar and a little salt on both sides of the container.

2. Pour 250g high-gluten flour and 50g low-gluten flour into the container and knead it into a dough

3. Add a little butter to the kneaded dough and continue to knead to get the fascia out. I use the bread machine to follow the post-oil method of making bread. Put the kneaded dough in an environment of 30-40 degrees for fermentation

4. All raw materials for pizza fillings. The pizza sauce is my homemade sauce. The method is: cut the garlic, onion and peeled tomatoes into small cubes or mince for later use. Add a proper amount of butter to the pan. After the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and saute, then add the onion. Stir-fry the crushed tomatoes and crushed tomatoes, add a little salt, sugar, crushed black pepper, vanilla, basil, and chopped pizza straw, and finally add the tomato sauce, simmer until it is sticky, and set aside.

5. Boil the peas in a pot and pass in cold water for later use. Cut the green, red, green pepper and onion into thin strips, and slice the wide-flavored sausages and sausages.

6. The dough fermented to twice its original size, which is 30 minutes shorter than the fermentation time for bread.

7. The fermented dough is vented and divided into two pieces and rounded separately.

8. Cover the two pieces of dough with a damp cloth and proof it again for 20 minutes

9. Brush the pizza pan with a little olive oil and set aside

10. Roll the proofed dough into a round shape, put it in a greased baking pan, and press the dough into a thin shape in the middle and thick circles around it by hand.

11. Use a fork to evenly pierce the pie crust with small holes to prevent the crust from wrapping up during the later baking

12. After the oven is preheated at 165 degrees, put the crust in the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes and then take it out

13. Spread the pizza sauce made before on the crust evenly

14. Sprinkle 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella cheese on the pizza sauce

15. Spread the two sausages evenly on the crust, then spread the green, red, yellow pepper, onion and green beans evenly on the top, and then put 1/3 of the cheese on top

16. After the oven is preheated at 200 degrees, put the middle layer of the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes

17. Take the pizza out, sprinkle the other 1/3 of the cheese on the pizza, and bake the upper layer in the oven at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted

18. The delicious pizza is out, because one person can’t take a picture, so I didn’t find the feeling of drawing, but the effect and taste are better than Pizza Hut’s when it’s eaten. It’s full of fillings.
