Ham Sausage Lace Pizza

First make the dough. Put all the ingredients of the dough into the bread machine, and knead the dough into a smooth dough;

After 90 minutes, the dough will ferment to twice its original size. Just poke a hole in the middle with your fingers without shrinking.

Take out the dough and vent; roll out the dough into a larger round dough sheet, then buckle the pizza pan on the dough sheet, remove the excess part with a knife, cover with plastic wrap, and let it stand for 15 minutes for the second fermentation.

Transfer the crust to the pizza pan and turn on the oven to preheat for 10 minutes.

Wrap the ham sausage with dough and cut into long sections about 2~3cm with a knife;

Dip the bottom of the ham sausage section with some clean water, and then stick it on the pizza base, forming a circle;

Use a fork to make small holes in the bottom of the pizza base and brush with homemade pizza sauce;

Put on the mozzarella cheese

Place ham, cucumber, onion, leeks, and then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese

Put the baking tray into the oven, and heat the middle layer up and down, 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden
Tips:
1. If you like to have a crispy texture, you can bake it for a while.
2. Thicker bread dough is more delicious.
