After the oil method is useless, liquid first, then solid, yeast is placed on top of high-gluten flour.

Stir it with chopsticks without dry powder, and use a half-kneading procedure for 30 minutes (the kneading procedure for my empty bread machine is 20 minutes at a time).

Seal the bread machine barrel with plastic wrap, ferment indoors to double its size, and roast the white sesame seeds for later use.

Vent the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Oil the baking sheet with tin foil.

Divide into 6 equal parts, knead round, put in the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, after the wet temperature fermentation is good, brush the egg liquid on the dough and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Put it into a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
