Hand cakes have always been favored by everyone. The outer layer is golden and crisp, and the inner layer is soft and white. To make the hand cake crispy and multi-layered, the dough should be mixed with boiling water to form a hot noodle, and the noodles should be fully awake and rolled into thin noodles. Spread a layer of green onion suet evenly, then fold it up like a folding fan, roll it up, and fry on medium heat until the surface is golden. It is best to wear disposable rubber gloves during the operation, otherwise the greasy feeling on the hands will not be very good~^_^

Ingredients
